An exhibition of textiles made by members of the Bradford and District Guild of Handweavers, Spinners and Dyers.

The exhibition is on display at Leeds Industrial Museum, Canal Road, Armley, Leeds, LS12 2QF (map here) from 24 November 2009 to 17 January 2010. Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, Sunday 1 pm to 5 pm. The museum is closed on Mondays except for bank holidays (10 am - 5 pm). Last admission 4 pm.

Please note that the normal admission charge for the museum will not apply to those wishing to look at only this exhibition.

The museum is running a series of workshops to coincide with the exhibition:
Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December 2009 (all day)
Make Christmas decorations; felt baubles and sparkly God’s Eyes.

Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th December 2009 (all day)
Cross stitch Christmas cards and decorate Christmas gift bags.

Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th December 2009 (all day)
Have a go at microwave dyeing silk hankies.

Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd January 2010 (all day)
Learn to knit with giant knitting needles.
